Ad purchase glitch. Who to contact?

Hi everybody.
I bought the the in-platform ad(extra 500 coins) to test it out. I received the Google Play Order Receipt, but the ad still inactive and no coins added. Who do I contact to fix the issue?

this is my second ad(coins) purchase with the platform. So I know I suppose to receive coins right away. What happened? Who to contact?

I bought those coins to purchase ad while still in discount promotion. If it pass the date(27/2) I would like to have my refund.

You should probably either contact GDevelop support or Google Play Support.

yeah that’s how it is with gdevelop. You can go in the discord and try to contact support there.
