Google AdMob has deprecated the older TFCD and TFUA child-directed settings and replaced them with the Tag for Age Treatment (TFAT) API. Currently, there is no way in GDevelop’s AdMob events to dynamically tag an ad request as child-directed or age-restricted.
Please add an action to the AdMob extension such as “Set AdMob Age Restricted Treatment (TFAT)” with a true/false toggle. This will allow developers making games for mixed audiences or kids’ devices to legally comply with COPPA and Google Play’s Families Policy by preventing personalized tracking. This makes the “One Click Package” pointless for games targeted for children/family friendly as manual coding needs to be done to have ads served on kid devices. Googler Admob has removed this setting and having ads set as G rated only does not fix the issue.
