"Allow over-healing" option is forbid healing

The problem is inside the Health behavior.
My game has an buff/item system, that provides maxhealth boost, which should be recalculated every frame. And because of that, health is just not healing past some poin, where is “static” health boost is over
Which is not a bug, but very painful
The bug is, that the “allow over-healing” option in that case just forbid all healing at all, regardless of health-points
