Anyone familiar with Jumping physic issues?

So I have seen really weird physics happen using Jump and Wall Jump with my player character.
Basically I will randomly see the player thrown across the screen when wall jumping.
It doesn’t happen often but occasionally it occurs.

Anyone have any ideas why this weird intermittent bug occurs with jump? Has anyone seen this inconsistency before?

first of all at beginning of the scene enable collisions debugging preview,it can be found in actions typing debug,run the scene with it enabled and do collision check.

cos i believe the collision mask transition between climb animation and jump from wall anination or viceversa cause the issue

Great idea! I totally forgot about that.
Well here’s a video with the debug collision on. I didn’t see anything that ‘jumped’ out at me. Sorry bad pun. But you can see the player goes flying off to the right or left if I hit the jump button against a wall twice almost in succession.

i cant open your video…
at this point it could be that you triggered the horizzontal dash by double jumping…
check the divedash settings

Well that would make sense, except I tried removing the dive dash behavior from the player and I could still get it to occur. :frowning:

edit: wait your link it’s now working…
to me it looks like the jump from a wall stack with climb ledge.
I believe the problem lies in your behaviour settings…
or…

be sure that some state don’t stack with other…specially the jump from a wall
