I have not tested your game and if you want to know the reason, it’s because the loading time of your game is too long.
When you do a game which loading is on the Web, it’s important to optimize the game.
It is just an advice and i know it’s perhaps not easy to do that.

I’ve been waiting to hear someone talk about the loading times. They also take long for me as well and other people who I test out the game with. How do I optimize the game?
To optimize loading times there is one key thing that if you did you’re going to notice huge improvements.
Remove unused resources.
Would preloading music and sounds contribute to that as well?
yes, pre-loading audio music will also increase loading times
Yeah, I thought so because I’ve preloaded all of the music and audio files at like the beginning of the scene.
Alright, since I’m actually working on update v.2.1 right now, I’m going to add faster loading times in that update. For right now I would just recommend sitting on the menu for 1 - 2 minutes just to let everything load in.
