I have tried everything to get my main menu music working. I use the “play a sound on a channel” function at the beginning of the scene. The music is the only sound playing on channel 2. I’ve also tried loading the sound file at the beginning of the game and then playing which didn’t work. The sound file is 1:24 in length. I’ve also converted the file to mp3 and wav and both didn’t work either.
Works fine for me with mp3.

Try the Music instead of Sound action.
Try without the second sound in chancel 1.
Try renaming the audio file.
