Can I use an older version of GDevelop to make my game for the game jam?

I’m just curious if I can actually do it. Oh, and by old version, I mean the versions that give you the option to make a game with either html or c++.

Also, an explanation of what other redistributive I need to get it working on Windows XP would be nice.

There is no rule forbidding it. You will be missing a lot of features using GDevelop 4 though.
