Change opacity of object and import meta files

I tried to make a button mash but want it to be opacity. I change the condition and action but it didn’t work.

and I download ui files from itch.io but know how to import the files. the files are meta and prefab files. please add video it there is one.

also if you want your game to have a date and time that pause everything how you do that?
