Collisions Are Not Working?

Hello, My collisions are being extremely weird and idk why???
The collisions clearly are working but also not???
is there a reason it wouldn’t be able to detect collisions???

I thought it was resetting variables and that was the problem
but that is clearly not it??

I think there’s some sort of a collision glitch with stretching
Idk exactly what but hopefully this helps someone
