Is there any way to copy the base event sheet and transfer it to level 1?

You can duplicate scenes or copy and paste events. (This is easier on a computer bc you can multi-select items by holding ctrl or shift. I haven’t used the pc version on awhile. I’m usually using my phone. It also helps if the events are in event groups. Then you can copy paste an entire group.)
If you’re going to need the events in a lot of different scenes, it might be easier to use external events or create an extension with functions.
