Custom fonts don't work in HTML5 games anymore

I’m puzzled because it used to work (see my “joke game” on kong: kongregate.com/games/MyCross … 000x-extra which uses custom C64-like font made by myself in Fontstruct)

In GD:

In browser:

It works, try to refresh the webpage (or force a full refresh).

Works also for me, check the Platformer template for example.

If it does not work, please check the console errors and post your game here

It is Firefox, right? I’m reading that it’s a common error, Firefox reject fonts with bad content, for your security
Maybe you can import/overwrite the font with a font editor to clean it?

Ah Firefox is picky!
I’m afraid I can’t do much right now about it

The problem with custom fonts is not only in HTML5, they also don’t work anymore in native mode. They did work in the past. Although this could be related to the project path problem I reported a little while ago.

My apologies. I got some fonts working now, but there are still fonts that don’t work. Looks like the handling of the font file doesn’t work on all fonts.
