I feel like you should put most of the information as a devlog (on itch), and bold all of the important details. The game page should summarize the information.
Besides that, I guess I’ll have to get to reading!
I sure am glad World 2 will be only $4. For my game, I plan on it being at least in the $10.99 - $19.99 range! (Indie game prices are starting to rise…)
Cool game, man! I liked to play it.
Just a dev tip:
–if you want cause more positive impact, try to change the level images.
On my experience as platformer dev, I notice that, when you change the sprites of the level and background, the player feels like him was transported to another “world”. It’s like a renew on the mechanics of the game.
As suggestion, you can change the level sprites for every 5 levels completed.
And note, to each change, is a good thing to change also enemy’ sprites (spikes in your case).
Hey Everyone!
Due to Duck Game World 2 getting absolutely zero downloads (don’t feel bad) I have decided to release it for free so that someone can enjoy the work I spent months and months on!
If you guys do check it out, let me know what you think!
as I might have mentioned before the key to getting a successful sale on the download front is… my mother-in-law. One share on facebook …and boom! there’s a sale!..right there! in the bloomin bag!! it worked for me anyway.
Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone would have the time (probably 15 minutes or so depending on how good you are at Duck Game ) to try out the modifiers in endless mode on Duck Game World 2 and let me know what you think! My personal favourite is the Free Advertising!
Thanks!
