if the charge is a duplicate, does this mean the charge was $12 USD? The lowest subscription tier, silver, is at 8 dollars a month. So, this might be a misunderstanding, because youre not supposed to be giving them 6 dollars.
Maybe they have a legacy subscription, as I do.
The subscriptions used to be cheaper.
