How can two objects be bound to make the same motion?

The white graphic is a whole, the red is stretched into a white shape with pixel points, how do I get the white to rotate so that when the red rotates, it follows the white as a whole, instead of rotating in a scattered fashion like this.
How can I make the red color follow the white color when the white color is rotated as a whole?

Hold RMB

You could could change the angle of the layer (camera) . The objects would need to be placed or centered around 0,0 otherwise they would orbit instead of rotating.

What youā€™re doing at the moment is rotating each individual Goal object around its own centre.

Another option to what has already been suggested is to add an invisible object at the centre of the image. Add the sticker behaviour to the Goal object and stick them to the invisible object. When you rotate the invisible object around itā€™s centre, the Goal objects will rotate as you want.

Thanks to ZeroX4 for giving me the method, much appreciated!
