How do I trigger a descriptive text for object?

Hello everyone. I would like to know how to achieve the following situation:

There’s a spot where when the player press Action button, a descriptive text will appear. You can press Action button again to read next line. When its finished, text disappear.

Summuing up, the same descriptions used in Resident Evil classic games.
