How to compare time like in Construct 2?

how to make a timer?
You can use that “value of the timer”. Click it and choose name of the timer and the time you want.
When timer "Timer1" is over 1 second ----> something happens
Trigger once reset timer "Timer1"
Pause timer "Timer1"
Etc…
