How to make an intro when game starts

Hello all, so I was thinking that it would be really cool if there was a way to make a fully functioning intro on the start of a game. You know those official intros you see on the start of games. I kind of have an idea of how this would all work. Such as, the intro being the first scene, timed events, and possibly hidden and shown events. But the problem for me is that I don’t know how to put this all together. I hope you guys can help me out, it’d be awesome, and I’m sure other people would like to know how to do this.

Basically, intros are actions played at specific points of time. You’ll need some timers and then using trial&error method adjust time intervals between actions until it feel “just right”.

Action can be any of the following (and more):

  • Creating objects
  • Moving objects
  • playing animations
  • playing sounds
  • changing music
  • etc. etc.
