How to make my counter play a sound when it is equal to 100?
In the events, check if that condition is true and then use the “play sound” action if it is.

That’s because at first you’re declaring a GLOBAL variable called Counter and increasing its value. That’s okay, but then you’re checking for a LOCAL variable called Counter that’s always 0. The condition for checking the variable value must point to a GLOBAL variable (there’s a different condition for that), not a local one (unless you change your game structure).
