How to reset the inerface in Gdevelop 4

I accidentally removed Images from the Sprite interface and I can’t restore it.

I tried removing and reinstalling GDevelop 4, but looks like some files aren’t being removed from my system because when I start again GDevelop the interface is still broken.

Is there any way to restore the interface or remove my user settings?

I think in C:\Users\USERNAME.GDevelop\option.cfg
Make sure to copy this file before delete.
