Keep the scene from losing its info/data

working on an idle game and i have added a button that will take the person to anther scene to buy upgrades and a button to take them back to the 1 scene but when ever they go between scene the scene basically reset how do i stop this

Hi. Are you using the “Change the scene” action? I think you need to use “Pause and start a new scene” action. Then in the upgrades store scene you use “Stop and go back to previos scene”.

you can use the pause scene as @rick_berton mentioned,
or global variables (data be transmitted into multiple scenes)
or storage (data can be transmitted into more than one playing session)
