My Education Subscription Error

Hello,

I am reporting a bug where I previously have subscribed Educational Subscription for 5 users. After that I cancel it and subscribed for 13 users.

After I succesfully made payment, the subscription is still on 5 users. I have emailed the contact on the billing to help me fix this but probably because it is weekend so I have not getting any response.
