I’m not sure if this is possible or not. But is there a way to parallax effects? Whenever I try to apply something like “glitch” or “Godrays”, it doesn’t move at the pace of the layer it’s applied to. Currently I have God Rays on my background layer, which is set to 0.5x speed, but the effect on the layer moves the same speed as the base layer.
EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out.
You coul try adding a layer above and apply the effect on that layer then move it at 0.4x
Unfortunately the godray effect doesn’t seem to work on empty layers. But the layer I had it on (background), was already set at half speed relative to the base layer, but it still moves at the base layer pace. I’ll see if I can make a short clip
