Random Value between 2 numbers

hi all

its been a while since i been on the forum but iv puzzled myself and its annoying haha,

anyway how do you get a random value between 2 numbers say 400 to 1000.

i put this but it just returns 0 every time, iv tried different variations but still nothing

Do +Random(400-1000)to variable AmountStolen
