Responsive design with events or anchor?

Hi, I would like to do my firts game with gdevelop and I would like to create an html game for play it on computer and on mobile. So for this reason I need to use a responsive design, but I don’t understand if is bettar use events at the beginning scene like sceneWindowWidth() or heigth and Player.Width() or a Heigth without using graphic scene (only scene events) or use graphic scene and after put for any my object a behavior anchor… what is the bettar solution?
