I’m trying to follow the platformer tutorial (How to make a platform game: player animations [GDevelop wiki]) and I’ve done everything it said for the animations, but for some reason the running animation gets stuck on the first frame. I’ve included a picture of the events screen (sorry about the image quality, I had to take it with my phone)
It turns out the tutorial doesn’t work, the issue was the parent command that sets the animation to idle if your touching the ground was stopping the running animation from playing
