It’s automated. You might have used a word that is sometimes used in spam. Don’t take it personally. A moderator should release it. I’ve had it happen to my posts.

(or just type it somewhere else and take a screenshot)
I don’t know the words. They probably don’t want to make that public otherwise the scammers and spammers just wouldn’t use them. I’m also guessing the list is occasionally being modified.
