some updates,but still no language trans!

hi,time’s fly,update for some version,but the language still have so much wrong,especially the extensions,
I find the gamedevelop root,through the local box, find the language file,but into the extension->local->en-GB,there is null file.
I think you do a long time to the app update of functions,don’t have time to translate language,
can you put out all of the language file for us to download and translate ourself.
may be some suggestion for translate!

Try to go into locale/en_GB and then delete LC_MESSAGES directory.

OK, it helped. Shouldn’t GD delete this folder if it found it by default to avoid such things?

So it seems that after updated a library so as to use Unicode, the text with accentued character are not translated anymore on some computers.
What is your Windows version?

I discussed with the wxWidgets library developers ( the library which is used to manage the user interface ) and it turns out that it is better to have a source code with only English texts, so as to avoid using accentuated characters. So I think the best solution is that I replace all the French texts that are in the source code of GD with their english counterparts and then create instead a French translation file.

The issues will be fixed in the next version: I’ve almost finished to change every French text by English ones. ( So Game Develop will be in English by default, and French language will be provided thanks to a translation file. I add to develop a small program to automate this task, as there is really a lot of messages. ).
It should not change any thing from users point of view, except that there won’t be issues anymore related to strings not translated due to accentuated characters.
