Sound looping with pause menu

Hi,
This is the pause menu setup for the game I am working on. This is under the main work area along with other game controls. I have different event sheets for player abilities and sounds and separate event sheets for enemy abilities and sounds. But with this pause and resume volume setup. when I trigger bullet fire or bomb drop of player, those sounds are looping (Whichever played last). Each channel variable has 10 plus channels.
Everything is fine if I am disabling pause sound channels. Is there a different way to pause? I tried moving pause channels to different event sheets as well.

Please guide me with this.
