subtract enemy power eventually.

My character throw flame and etc… now if enemy collides with it, we all know it will drain all the power at once. What event should i write to make enemy loose it’s power eventually

Timer is the best way, u can make that he lose like 10% every second or milisecond.

yea timer seems the best way but. I am having a little bit of tough time understanding it. I have used it a couple of time but still not fully in my hand (Time is never in your hand,LOLS).
