Cause they can speak from experience
BUT in my eyes
You want many ppl who can do something good
Rather than one person who can just be here constantly
I seen how it went many times and it never went well
Snowy and you can have best intention here
Which will not mean it will be best decision
On other hand i cannot deny the fact that Snowy can in fact learn how to be good moderator
Moderator is NOT your friend
Moderator does not need to be nice to you
Moderator should be simply polite and not AHOLE
Moderator should do his job
Moderator should be just
Moderator should not do stuff for which he should punish others
Moderator should try to calm the situation instead of allowing it to go on or even escalate
Moderator should not take sides but uphold some standard to the rules ppl should obey
Moderator PREFERABLY should be part of community and come to it to solve everyday problems like being actually helpful
And not come here just so mute and ban ppl
I can name few more but i think thats enough
Now read them carefully and DO NOT tell me but ask yourself to how many Snowy fit?
To me only thing Snowy have is the fact he is nice person and he is active here and nothing more
But on other hand idk what are criteria for becoming mod here
