I’ve been trying to request a username change to Rekurz via private message to a moderator, but haven’t received a reply in over 10 days. Just checking if there’s a better way to submit this request.

That isn’t true. I flagged the moderators and they told me that only 2 of the 7 staff have access to the cloud. I would recommend private messaging moderators if you require something like that, because they can potentially give you better help then posting on the forum, though posting can still help.

The fact that only 2 out of 7 have cloud access should not be my/customers problem. Moreover, that’s absolutely no excuse for no one to reply. I even tried multiple channels, including private massages.
Please don’t tell, my experience is not true.
