WHY can't I actually purchase from you?

I have tried in firefox. Go through paypal. NEVER registers IN paypal… at least yet (I have now tried 4 or 5 times to purchase the From Zero to Creator bundle.)

It acts like it goes through. It says it may take up to a minute. NOTHING! No confirmation email. No text to phone. Nothing showing in PayPal history. (If I get 5 charges on there I will be having a different ask, like refund 4 of em :rofl:)

OK, so I do that. I think maybe just paypal. I try with a “credit card” (at the top). Enter in the info (this is a wally world debit card (greendot)). Keep in mind I used this card BEFORE this (by about 15 minutes), AND AFTER. IT IS NOT THE CARD. But… denied.

SO then I tried in explorer. Figured maybe my ad-blocker is causing an issue. NOTHING!!!

I am now worried you are “stuffed up” on the backend and I will suddenly be hit with 5 charges. And if that is NOT the case, then I’m getting very frustrated that I can’t get this pack. I mean, here I am, willing to shell out a few bucks to try it out, instead of just the free try… can you help?

Try contacting support for your purchases, they should have a record.
Provide them with your email, the date and hour of your payments, and if possible your GDevelop username.

I am starting to guess that since I am poor and have a wally world card, you want nothing to do with me. I just downloaded the windows version, chose PayPal and NOW it says that:

This card can’t be used for this transaction.

So I am guessing I don’t get to use your stuff ever then, yeah?

I find prepaid debit cards don’t work on like half of websites, not just GDevelop
