Works poorly on some androids

Hello I have a problem:
In some androids the game works well for me, but in others everything is seen except the platforms that are transparent or with less detail.
How can it be solved?

Android is supported from version 5, maybe that’s your problem?
Are you running as native apk or in a Web browser?

I have Gdevelop 5 and version 9 on android.
And it is a native apk

If you use some lighting or layer effects, try disabling them to confirm if this is the issue.

Could it be a problem with version 9 of android? because in cell phones that does not work all have android 9.
