Umm u could use pathfinding lol?

But that would be giving in to common sense.

I’m up for it.

i guess, u could also use topdown behaviour, and umm, umm, umm, i cant think of anything else

I think I’m going to get rid of the phrase ‘increasingly elaborate’ @Bubble …it’s too much pressure! - just do it how ever you want to!

Ohhh no, that’s what made it special, it has to be crazyyyyyy.

I couldn’t resist adding another! - I don’t think that it’s technically as elaborate as your method though @Bubble - How did you create and input the svg path?commands

That tiled sprite effect is lovely, very creative, and you even got some cos in there!

Me too, there are so many interesting things I haven’t tried. At one point I said to myself I will learn about a new way of doing something each week but I didn’t do it.

As for the svg path, it’s in the wiki, but the basics are you screenshot your scene/preview, create a blank document in Inkscape the same size as your game with units changed to pixels, paste your screenshot in, resizing if necessary and then make a new layer and draw your path with the pen tool, using your screenshot as a guide of where to draw. Save it as an optimised svg, open in notepad and copy and paste the co-ordinate code into your GD event.

Yep, effectively, it’s quite complicated to do what Bulle did.
In addition, we must know the use of Inkscape and do some manipulations.
It’s also some important work to make.

lol - I was so slow to realise that Bulle is French for Bubble! - Yes I need to play around with Physics 2 - I’d previously deemed it a bit fiddly!
