Last year I successfully paid for a GDevelop subscription. However, after getting a new credit card the bank always declines my attempts to purchase a GDevelop subscription. I also get denied when purchasing via PayPal.
Has anyone else run into this problem? (based on a quick search, at least one person has: Card declined cant buy pro)
I think you would have to ask stripe, as they are handling everything for payments.
I will try to investigate this. I posted in case it was a systemic problem and many users were not able to contribute but didn’t bother telling anyone about it.
Definitely not just you. I’ve had the same issue also. Card and PayPal denied when I have no trouble using either elsewhere. Pretty sure I’ve seen a few others posting about this issue as well.
