Can I use Gdevelop templates (Run Dino Run, Plinko, Spherez etc.) commercially?
Legally, you can. Morally, that’s up to you whether you consider selling others people works as your own ok or not.

If you mean “Can I just take an existing template and sell it as is”, sure as long as you’re adhering to the licenses listed within the project itself. If you try to claim you made it/created the code/etc, just be prepared to be called out by anyone who notices it, which could be impactful for reviews/etc.
If you mean “Can I take a template and use it as a basis to build out my own game ontop of it?” Yes. Absolutely.
