Critical issue- Unable to open cloud proyec

I am experiencing a critical issue with one of my cloud projects. When I try to open it in the desktop version of GDevelop, I receive the following error message:

The project cannot be opened. Please check that your internet connection is working and that your browser allows the use of cookies.

My internet connection is working properly, and I have already restarted the application, logged out and back in, cleared local data, and reinstalled GDevelop. Unfortunately, the problem persists.

Yesterday, the editor froze while I was working on sprites, and since then I have been unable to open the project. It appears the file may have become corrupted during synchronization.

What can I do?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Exact same issue, been 3-4 weeks since I got to work on my project, and I haven’t yet gotten a single solution. The only thing that helped me was opening it on incognito, but as soon as I make changes and save (or some times preview it), the exact same issue happens (crashes, and then the “project cannot be opened” issue again).

I think it could be corrupted, and a gdvelop member told me to use the version history option (which may help you), but I believe that isn’t a option unless you are a premium user.
