Extension "Already installed" but it's wrong

Hey, tiny bug
If you name your own local Extension the same name as an actual official extension of the Catalog, it will be shown as “Already installed”

Repro steps:

  • Create a new Extension
  • Rename it “Bounce”
  • Check the official extensions Catalog
  • Notice than the “Bounce” extension from 4ian is labelled “Already installed”
