External Layout/Event show duplicate Save Project and Project Manager buttons if they don't already have a scene chosen and if the "Home Tab" was selected before

Hello. :wave:

When I open an External Layout/Event with the “Home tab” selected it shows duplicate button of Project Manager and Save Project:

It occurs too if I just change between the “Home tab” and an External Layout/Event., but don’t occurs, for example, if I change between a scene tab and an external layout/event.

The External Layout/Event will appear with duplicate buttons only if it don’t already have a scene chosen.
