Unfortunate gdevelopās developers didnāt are about 3d
They already told us in Facebook and instagram the 3d physics will add to the engine in 2025 but
Is thay mean just 3d physics or 3d physics and 3d nevgation So far, we donāt know whatās going on in their heads.

No, theyāre pretty explicitly talking about 3D Physics, and donāt mention 3D Navigation in there, so you shouldnāt be expecting that from their statement.

The new update just launched, but the 3d editor is not just here. Are you sure the works are going on?
Moderator note: We only announced the 3D editor for 2025. No specific release version or month has been announced, only 2025.
They said that they are working on it on top of the future plan, and basically it is finished with the initial version, which is semi-problematic, so based on this talk, I thought they would do that, but I donāt know why this delay
The above appears to be a narrative built on fiction or misunderstanding.
The only announcement was that looking into and working on a 3D editor was a focus for this year. Doesnāt mean it releases this year. Before that announcement there was never a guarantee of a 3D editor at all.
Since there was no timeline given, thereās no delay, nor was there ever an announcement that it would be in the next update.

Thatās the entire mention about the 3D editor. Thereās nothing about prototypes, no indication that itās nearly finished, nor mentioning that it is in the next release.
The closest thing is mentioning that their 2025 goals are being worked on and they hope to have some of them in the coming months, which could mean anytime this year, and still isnāt a guarantee.
Again, I get the excitement, but you appear to have misunderstood what was posted.
Please avoid giving timelines or talk about delays that the team themselves didnāt give, because it can cause confusion for yourself or the community.

The second sentence does not change what I mentioned above, and isnāt even specific to 3D as it would be for 2D too. Thereās no strict dates, timelines, nor guarantees in that message or in the blog post. That isnāt what prototyping means. Your posts in this thread about āNext updateā and ādelaysā have the potential to cause confusion in the community, and only set yourself up for frustration or disappointment.
It will likely happen, and potentially even this year. Thatās better than last year when they hadnāt said anything about making a 3D editor at all, so take that as a win!
However you need to relax a bit about what you post, and not get peopleās hopes up for things that the dev team didnāt say.
To be very clear: Yes. By definition your words were wrong.
You told other members of the community that things were coming in timeframes/patch releases that the dev team never mentioned, then tried to say there was a delay when there wasnāt any announced release coming in the first place.
Separately, it is not āa very bad thingā that they didnāt add a feature you wanted, since they didnāt announce they were going to add it to the engine at all before the blog post above. 3D was only added in May 2023, so it couldnāt have been āmore than 2 yearsā, either.
Your posts here and elsewhere about these things have been misleading at best, and could potentially be viewed as trolling. All Iām trying to do is ensure you understand why these things and words matter, and am asking you to not mislead other community members in your replies going forward.
At this point none of this is relevant to the thread, and gone on too long, so itās the last response Iāll give to it. Please take the above into consideration before you make misleading posts in the future.

Does that mean that we are going to get the 3D Editor in 2025. Anyway happy to see the game engine progressing fast.
