I think we should organize second money drive for Game Develop while advertising it on many sites (IMO IGG failed because not much people knew that a) GD exists, b) it needs money). This money would be then used to hire full-time programmer to work on GD, like Synfig does.
Well, it could be interesting, but we should then start by driving as much attention on GD before starting any campaign.
Even when people shared the old campaign, it wasn’t sufficient to get lots of visits on the IGG page.
