You can download it from the website or github (these are the same files). I’ll activate the automatic update checking in a few hours, do not have the time right now so do not be surprised if the old version says that it is up to date.
Indeed I forgot to explain that any already installed version of Game Develop on Ubuntu must be uninstalled before installing the new one (because of the package name change).
@Darkhog: Binary files on Linux are strongly attached to system libraries. I only distribute a deb file that is working on the latest version of Ubuntu. Sadly, I cannot guarantee anything else because any incompatilibity in a system library make the whole things collapse and nothing works… In pratice, the package works in recent Ubuntu based distro, but I do not provide a zip (or better, a .tar.gz) file because it is not guaranteed to work at all.
