I am upset because I am offering GDevelop my money, and the engine does not want my money. 
Jokes aside, I think my premium subscription ran out today and I planned to renew it. I tried to do this on the web and the desktop app, but nothing.

Which browser are you using in on the video?
If possible, try using a different one so we can check whether this browser is working properly or if something else is causing the issue.
I’m using the Vivaldi browser, and I’ve just tried Opera GX browser as well as on my phone and still nothing

On the desktop browser, before clicking the button, could you open the developer tools and check the console inside?
We’re expecting to see an error or something that might give us more details about what’s happening.
I could generate a link manually—like how the app should do—and send it to you by email. You want the Gold plan with the yearly option?
Just tried it again and it seems to be working now, so the developer tools aren’t required
