General Collision Shapes unreliable for small images

Beta 72.

When trying to define general collision shapes (the ones in sprite animations) for small image sprites (around 10 pixels or less), the displayed red collision shape often appears entirely outside of the image, the defining points adopt weird values, etc, in general is very unreliable.

Can you pack the project file please or add more visual thing . We need more details for verify and open a issue.
