How to make a splash text

I’m making a game and it occurred to me to make a splash text like minecraft that random texts come out yesterday and I made the texts in a blog document of notes of all the words and I don’t know how to do that to a text when I read the file grab a random paragraph

if you play minecraft you will understand that when you open the game on the home screen several random phrases come out of a file called “splash.txt”

Make sth like this:

for a random text.
And to make it bigger smaller, change its size or whatever, use tween behavior.

Look at using an array of messages, and randomly picking one out, as per this recent post.
