How to switch back to old version?

Let’s say I want this old version Release 5.2.169 · 4ian/GDevelop · GitHub
So I have to click on the exe file right? But do I have to uninstall the current version first? any risk?

Events that have been retired and updated in your project may no longer work (same as extensions that depend on those events).

Other than that, should be fine so long as you don’t have your project stored in your gdevelop install folder.

So do i uninstall gdvelop and then reinstall by click the exe file? because there are many files in the link.
