im ‘new’ here but my question is simple and short.Because somebody new here this automatic means that their idea not allowed to show up on here?What is the logic behind it?

So i am not sure what you are talking about?
Only thing that comes to my mind that could result in your request is being removed if you requested multiple things at once
Where rule is ONE request per topic
Without tags the system allow me to write a new one.What i experience is with an extra tag after the feature request it is become not clickable and the info next to it say it too:“You are not allow to post in this category” or something like that.
so it solved.
