There isn’t really aren’t any “managers” of gdevelop that you can contact in that way.
If you are having gdevelop.io account or subscription issues, you can e-mail hello@gdevelop.io
They won’t be able to help with feature requests or game dev assistance, though. Those questions just go here on the forums.

I am having trouble logging into my account on the new version of GDevelop.
The connection system hasn’t changed for months, but have you tried this:
If none of the above works for you, please explain the exact trouble maybe with a screen shot of the error you get.
Please also note that I am unable to log in to my gd.game account.
I am confident that my username and password are correct.
Despite my request for a new password, the server fails to send me a new one.
We have initiate a reset on your password with your email address.
Can you check your email?

And please add the complete email address with the @ and domain in the Email field from the from to login you.

We did it again, but if you don’t do it yourself, you’ll see our message several minutes later and the reset link will expire.
Please put your full email address in the field and not the username as you did on the screenshot. This only works with the correct email address.
When I click on “I forgot my password” and ask to reset my password, I don’t receive any email ( both web version and desktop)!!
Can you make a password for my email yourself?
