Issue with accessing the Learn section in the app via browser: request for assistance

Hello. I am a user from Russia. Faced with the following problem. When logging into your app through a browser, the site first hangs for a long time, then loads, but the course store itself is not displayed (the Learn section). I am attaching screenshots of the problem and a hypothesis as to why this is happening. Can you tell me what the problem might be? Can you eliminate it? I asked several of my colleagues to check the application, some of them have the same problem, others have everything loading fine. I would like to use your app to teach children, but I need to be sure that there won’t be a problem.
