Multiplayer "could not connect to other players"

We keep having “could not connect to other players” when we test the game in the browser. The host can start the game. But the 2nd player get the message and gets back in the lobby. I looked online and can’t find any explanation. The game is registered. What could it be?

any body has a clue??
even the example given GDevelop 5 (arrow-fight) gives the same problem. So it’s not my code. It must be something with our computers, or network or gdvelop server… but how to figure out?

If you open developer tools, is there an error message in the console?

Sorry, I can’t be of help here. Javascript is not my language and the console message isn’t much help.
